I recognise that training needs are individual - that’s why I offer dedicated one-on-one training sessions to help you achieve your goals. Our training sessions can take place in your home, office or in an outdoor space such as a park - whatever works best for you and your schedule. To accompany our regular exercise sessions, I’ll also design you a specialised nutrition plan, to maximise your training results.

I have the skills to mix up your training regime and help you have fun whilst achieving your goals. The thing I love about being in this group is that it really gets down to BASICS......things everyone should focus on......not fad diets or crazy eating patterns; Tatiana Cullingford really focuses on SOUND NUTRITION CONCEPTS as shown in her BOOK that she recently put out, SOUND WORKOUT EXERCISES AND FORM to ensure you are getting the proper output from the efforts you put in and a POSITIVE SPIRIT to realize that life is a JOURNEY.....its not a race and as much as we want to succeed daily sometimes we take a step back.
